This page describes baseline data processing terms for business users of apps and services that I own and operate.

Roles

In most cases, customer organizations act as data controllers for their user data, and I act as a data processor only to provide the contracted service.

Processing Scope

Personal data is processed only on documented instructions from the customer, as required to deliver, secure, and maintain the service.

Security Measures

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Subprocessors

Infrastructure and service providers may be used to operate products. Such providers are required to handle data under confidentiality and security obligations.

Data Subject Requests and Deletion

Customers may request assistance with access, correction, export, and deletion requests where applicable. Data is deleted or returned at contract end, subject to legal retention obligations.
